Your application is shared with the Spotlite team so we can consider you for the role you selected.

What we receive

The information you enter in the application form, including your contact details, location, self-assessed AI understanding, application text, professional links and CV. Please leave out sensitive personal information that is not relevant to your application.

How we use it

We use your application to assess relevant experience, communicate with you and organise our recruitment process. Your AI self-assessment is part of the conversation; it does not automatically rank or reject your application. We do not use AI-writing detectors to screen applications.

Who handles it

Applications are handled by the Spotlite recruitment team and relevant hiring colleagues. Netlify provides the website and secure application processing; Resend delivers the application and confirmation emails. CVs are not published on this website.

Questions and updates

To update or request deletion of your application, contact hello@gospotlite.com and include your application reference if you have it. Applications are not added to marketing mailing lists.
